Zenput Mobile Submissions

The Problem

As a company, Zenput has strived to help retailers strive for operational excellence. One way that we have been able to achieve this by ensuring that workflows are standardized and distributed appropriately. As a result of this, we have often said that a big part of what we sell is accountability. We have dashboards, reports, and alerts that enable operators to find data on their stores in a multitude of ways.

Although we had done a great job at gathering and aggregating data, we found that It can be challenging for operators to have insights into what work was actually being done in their stores.


The Solution

By improving the submission page, we will improve the manager experience by allowing them to see all the information they need in one place. This will allow us to increase the value and use of the platform by not forcing them outside of the application.

  • Provide a digestible way for users to view and analyze submissions.
  • Ensure that it is easy to navigate so that users can find information without having to look in multiple places or the web app.
  • Increase the usability of the page to keep the conversation within Zenput.
